Still have time

Had a “not so great” Lent? Reset with Holy Week!
Many of us have probably been there. We start off our Lenten season with a spirit of penitence.
Bring on the sacrifices: prayer, fasting and almsgiving.
We all come off that Carnival high ready for a time of conversion. Then, that spirit wains. Lenten fasts are broken. That sacrificial Friday meal becomes anything but a sacrifice. It happens. It’s human.
Here’s the good news: God knows and understands our humanity AND gives us this awesome week to reset our Lenten goals as we move into the celebration of Easter: Holy Week.
So, if your Lent has not been what you wanted it to be, take this time of Holy Week to not just enter into the Sacred Triduum and Paschal Mystery but dive head first into it!
Take part in the Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion Mass, attend the liturgies of Holy Week and be ready to celebrate our Lord’s Resurrection with a joyful heart.
We’ll be bringing our young family to the Holy Thursday Mass and to the Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion on Good Friday, so if you are nervous about kiddo noise, come join us at our parish!
We’d love the company of other families with little ones this Holy Week!
